Women are ascending into leadership roles in all sectors, however, the pace of change is slow. It’s time to change the leadership equation. There’s never been a more urgent time to express leadership. Women want to lead and can be world leaders. Don’t wait for your aspiration, and please don’t wait until the naysayers are quiet. Take steps to lead the change you want to see in your world — today — not tomorrow. If you can lead, even if only just a little, you must.
